Disliked: From 11 at night til 11 in the morning, if you go outside, you don’t get back into the hotel again, unless you phone and ask to get in.

Disliked: The toilet in room smells of sewage had to leave window open all night couldn't have a shower to bad but the last time I stayed I had the same room and I had no concerns I didn't say anything to staff don't think it's something that could have been fix straight away

Good value for money and...

Liked: The free breakfast included was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms view was amazing and the room was very spacious for the 3 of us. The food at dinner was very delicious and good value for money and for that reason will stay again.
Disliked: Their was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom and so you had to place it on the floor to use the toilet. A simple thing but very inconvenient. The window didn't shut properly and masking tape had been attempted to put round it but the wind blow in and was that strong kept blowing the curtain and was too cold. This window needs to be replaced. We had a 3 person bedroom booked and the beds and layout we got was not the photo as advertised on the website which was gutting as the photo look much better than what we recieved.
