Liked: Our room was in an area where it was very quiet at night. Breakfast offerings were okay.Staff was very good, nice and polite. Helpful too.The water was nice and hot.
Disliked: Soap by the bathroom sink would have been nice, I had to go ask for some. Shower bottles of shampoo etc were low and ran out. I had to go ask for that stuff too. The whole place seemed sort of run down, clean but it was obvious this is an old building. Could have used more hooks in the bathroom for towel hanging.

Liked: It does offer breakfast and there is a pool in a hot tub
Disliked: I personally do not like this surrounding(location) the room was very dirty and found a dead cockroach and another cockroach in my luggage when I was packing

Had a few hiccups but...

Liked: Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Our TV remote didn't work, no iron or blow dryer available, Couldn't connect the microwave, struggled to turn on air (our fault, didn't see temperature regulator on wall)
