Overall good besides my roommate.

Liked: Very clean and close to town. Secure parking.
Disliked: My roommate was annoying. She complained about the noise from my sleep apnea machine which is quiet?The manager suggested I pay for a private room but I refused. The roommate was rude to me.

Good for a short stop...

Liked: Great location to start a trip in northern Tasmania. Room clean and hit everything that was needed.
Disliked: I had two nights there and on both occasions other travelers just left there, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen, very messy in the morning, and the poor guy from the hostel had to clean it up and put I away. Shame that people are unable to take care of their own matters. The kitchen would need an upgrade and a makeover.
