Liked: Couldn't fault a thing. Very peaceful setting with just a few steps to the moors. Wonderful evening meal in the restaurant, all you could wish for at breakfast, lovely gardens and the hosts were lovely.

Liked: Excellent food and service, staff couldn't do enough for you. Excellent location on the edge of the Yorkshire moors. Scenery is fantastic.
Disliked: Hotel a little dated ( but in my opinion adds to the experience).

Liked: A superb Yorkshire country house in a stunning location. Excellent fresh home cooking style dinners with a daily varied menu. Great breakfast.
