Liked: The room was awesome. The view from my room was gorgeous & the bed was very comfy. The Steak Burger with pastrami that I ordered from Juniors was very tasty and great quality.
Disliked: The prices of the cocktails at the bar were so pricey. $20 for a tiny glass of Margarita.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service...

Disliked: Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Hidden ChargesI recently stayed at this hotel with three colleagues (a group of four in total), and unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable.Firstly, housekeeping was inconsistent. Even when they did come to change towels, they only ever left three towels for four guests. We had to repeatedly ask for the missing towel, which is basic and should not have been an issue in the first place.The biggest disappointment came at check-out. They tried to charge me an extra $500 for a few nuts that were left in the room. These snacks were not in the minibar, not sealed, and were simply placed on top with no signs, warnings, or prices. At no point during check-in was I informed that these items would incur a separate charge. This felt dishonest and like a clear attempt to take advantage of guests.This kind of lack of transparency and poor attention to service details made our stay frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest management rethink how they handle both guest communication and hospitality basics.
