En route to the canyons,...

Liked: Big, clean comfortable room, nice bathroom.
Disliked: The line to check in was long, the first stay it was well over an hour, the second about 45 minutes. The receptionists were great, but one tried to get me to accept a different room type, though when I pushed back she found a king room.The pool closed at 6 pm even though it was still daylight and warm. No coffee in the room and nowhere easy to get it.

Liked: Very clean, smelt lovely. Great pools. Seemless check in and out and a digital key with the Hilton app. No need to line up.
Disliked: One of the life guards at the pool was very whistle happy and rude when speaking to people. He growled my children who were wrestling with each other in the pool, they were happy and content and not causing any disruption to anyone else. He needs to work on his customer service. There is away of speaking to people. I expect more from staff working at a 4 star hotel. The hotel in general was amazing, but I left with the memory of the experience we had with him.
