Luxurious, comfortable & modern.

Liked: Spacious rooms with a small kitchen & balcony. Modern decor. Lots of high-end restaurants & boutiques at walkable distance. Very polite & friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location although the surrounding buildings were vacant, half built and pool rooftop was non functioning

Disliked: Could add flexible shower. The fixed overhead shower is a little uncomfortable, but manageable

Liked: The room was a larger than normal room you would find in a hotel, it includes a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, small dining table, a couch and two flat screen TVs. The breakfast (included) was quite good. Check-in and check-out was easy and hassle-free. The location is very good. No more than a 5-15 minute walk from any restaurant, cafe or retail destination in Polanco.
Disliked: It can be quite noisy with one of the hotel towers overlooking Periferico. We asked to be moved to the adjacent tower and the staff were friendly, understood our concern and we were relocated to another room. The restaurant/bar was quite desolate outside of breakfast. The manager and concierge were very helpful during the day. In the evening the front desk staff were not very attentive or friendly.

Liked: The convenience. The staff. The parking.
Disliked: We have stayed here over the years and this time, the property is looking a bit worn and old. The mattress, pillows and towels were yellowed and a bit smelly.
