Comfortable.

Liked: The room was a larger than normal room you would find in a hotel, it includes a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, small dining table, a couch and two flat screen TVs. The breakfast (included) was quite good. Check-in and check-out was easy and hassle-free. The location is very good. No more than a 5-15 minute walk from any restaurant, cafe or retail destination in Polanco.
Disliked: It can be quite noisy with one of the hotel towers overlooking Periferico. We asked to be moved to the adjacent tower and the staff were friendly, understood our concern and we were relocated to another room. The restaurant/bar was quite desolate outside of breakfast. The manager and concierge were very helpful during the day. In the evening the front desk staff were not very attentive or friendly.

Disliked: We have stayed here over the years and this time, the property is looking a bit worn and old. The mattress, pillows and towels were yellowed and a bit smelly.

Disliked: I had a very frustrating experience with La Suites de México. They advertise a rate on their website that they simply do not honor. When I tried to book at the listed price, I was told it wasn’t valid—no clear explanation, no apology, and no alternative offered. This is not just a mistake; it’s false advertising.The lack of professionalism and transparency was unacceptable. I ended up wasting time and had to find another place to stay at the last minute.I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There are far better options out there with honest pricing and decent customer service.
