Very clean

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and.modern, the beds were amazing! Valet parking team were on it. Never really had to wait for the car.
Disliked: They had someone call the room for us to go down to the lobby and try to pitch a timeshare to us.

Will stay here anytime vacationing...

Liked: I liked that the property was very clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was also perfect for us, as my son’s basketball tournament was directly across the street at the Convention Center. Having a 1 bedroom spacious hotel room is always a good choice.
Disliked: Nothing. Although, our food was good 99% of the time, the fish and chips that were recommended was very bland and no seasoning. Also, the batter fell off the fish instantly.

Liked: I didn’t even get to stay. I tried to cancel A MONTH before our trip and was told that it wasn’t able to be cancelled that far in advance. How ridiculous is that.

I have stayed at this...

Liked: Room size, customer service and professionalism of the staff.
Disliked: I wish that the bar could stat open until midnight. I also wish that the restaurant provided a more extensive menu.

Good property but does have...

Liked: This property is great for it's location to the convention center. It's definitely walkable. I also love the free washer/dryer on each floor and the kitchen. The game room is very kid friendly. They have pool tables and ping pong tables as well. Staff is friendly.
Disliked: This property is older. The elevators are slow. The refrigerator in our room made noise and did wake us up at night. Also, the 10 am check out is too early.
