Liked: Nothing, your person at the desk was rude and after having the reservation for a month there was no reservation in the computer for me and my family. Then he lets me know there were no rooms available.

Disliked: That fact my room wasn't ready after 3pm , wrong room from what I had purchased.. elevator wasn't working..... the worst of all .. was the breakfast the cooker gave an attitude and didn't want to to cook what we wanted ... he said to show up early when I showed up at 700 am .. when breakfast was held 6 to 9 ... never again going there ..

Liked: Close to airport. Free parking.
Disliked: The elevator didn’t work properly. We were told to just keep hitting the button until it lit up… it took several tries. Then once we were on the elevator shuttered. The ac was only in the living area; not the bedroom. The bedroom was nearly 80 all night long. There were 4 of us staying. We had two towels in the room. Two people needed to sleep on the pull out couch. There was no bedding or pillows in the room for the pull out. We called down and the young man brought up two fitted sheets. I didn’t realize until I unfolded the bundle that we didn’t have what we needed. We had to call again and explain we need sheets, pillows, a blanket and towels. Ridiculous. In the morning we came down about 7:30 for breakfast. My husband told the lady at the front desk who was playing a game on her phone that there wasn’t any coffee. Her response was ok. She didn’t even look up from her phone. When the man running the breakfast came out carrying multiple items she snapped at him in Spanish that he needed to get going in the coffee now. She didn’t offer to help; just sat and played.
