Larkspur Landing Roseville - An All-Suite Hotel

Liked: We had a great experience in the hotel; the service was great; everyone was so friendly; the room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable; this definitely a five star stay.
Disliked: None.

Good

Disliked: The carpeting in every hallway was loose and dangerous. There is no continental breakfast, but they will give you a bag of individually packaged foods (cereal, bagel, muffin, yogurt, etc.) to take back to your room.

Liked: it was close to our event
Disliked: The floors were dirty and the pull-out bed smell like urine the kitchen floor was so dirty I spill some ware and the white towel I use to clean the floor was black from the dirt on the floor

No problems

Overall it was fine.

Liked: It was overall clean but there was an interesting bugs kept showing up in the tub and I’m not sure what it was exactly .
Disliked: They charged $10 a day for parking in an outside parking lot over and above all the other fees they charge. Breakfast was minimal and you have to order it and pick it up in the morning.

Disappointed

Disliked: I asked to refresh my room and I was told no. I then asked for extra towels. The front desk clerk said she'll get it done. I came back later that night and no towels. I couldn't get replacements at that time because Noone was at the front desk.

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Location is great. Laundry is useful and everything worked. Room was clean
Disliked: I have stayed here before and loved it, but everything looks a little worn. Bag breakfast was just ok. Road noise was loud.

Not as polished

Liked: Close to home for a nice staycation to our entertainment that evening.
Disliked: Bagged breakfast was less than desirable, seemed like I went to the gas station and grabbed all their quick grab and goes to eat on the run, you have a full kitchen in every room I would have used it maybe an omelette kit with fresh eggs cheese veggies and meat with yogurt hot cereal and fruit on the side would be better than boiled in a bag eggs. The missing art work in the halls and loose handles on the bathroom doors make it seem like you need more maintenance help. Both the hand soap and the soap in the shower were empty so washed with shampoo miss the little bottles at least they were unopened and smelled good now it's a spray of refilled, if your lucky, mystery soap. Not sure if it's worth staying closer less gas money or just going up the hill to Reno where it's cheaper and the foods better. Still had a good time even tho that sun did come straight thru that corner room no sleeping in even on vacation.
