Very good

Liked: Loved the room and easy check in process. Great location for the places we needed to go.
Disliked: The room itself was really nice (especially the kitchen) and clean except needed some attention to the pullout couch having some crumbs which could have just been missed. The hallways could use some extra vacuuming but could have just been understaffed so as long as room is clean

Disliked: There was a horrible smell that made us nauseated and gave us headaches. We spoke to Leo at the front counter, and he informed us we could tell the housekeepers in the morning. I did ask the next morning, and housekeeping and maintainence came at some point. I told them we went and picked up the 2 fans and febreze i biught at Walmart. No one asked to see my receipt to reimburse me, and there was no offer of fans from the front desk. I had one of the managers on the phone, and she came up to smell.what we smelt was. She could smell something but wasn't sure what it was. She brought up another fan and said she would check about us changing rooms No follow-up or check-in, and the blonde girl who was there at check out and Sat morning is very rude. I asked the manager to call me as i was informed theyndont work weekends. That's convenient since i am sure there are a lot more customers needing help on Sat and Sun. I am so frustrated we have stayed here for years, and it keeps going down hill more and more

Pleasant

Liked: The bed was super comfy and plenty of room in the room. The free airport shuttle was great
Disliked: Arrived and the staff were all in the lounge with a kid running around, loud as loud can be. The next morning again the same staff were so loud yelling whilst we were trying to have breakfast. The breakfast was very average. No knives so needed to use spoon to spread toppings on the bagels. Bagel was the only option. Coffee wasn't great, tasted stale. There is NOTHING around this area. Needed to uber anywhere to drink, eat or shop

Liked: We didn't like anything because we were called at 5pm on our check in day and told there wasn't a room available for us. After driving hours to get there and booking it more than a month in advance.
Disliked: It would have been better if we could have actually stayed there.

Terrible Experience – Dirty Room,...

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel recently and had an awful experience. Upon entering the room, we noticed a disturbing bodily fluid stain on the bed sheet. Trying to make the best of it, we attempted to settle in, until we went into the kitchen and found live roaches in the sink drain, on the counters, and in the sink basin. The overall condition of the room was dirty and unacceptable.We were exhausted but ultimately had to leave in the middle of the night because the environment was simply not safe or sanitary. The assistant manager assured me I would receive a full refund and provided their email for follow-up. I never received the refund, and my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.This was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Disliked: Everything. I asked for a room by the elevator bc im disabled. You put us up in a room at the furthest room AWAY from the elevator. The thermostats were broken, no airflow, the bathroom was disgusting, hair everywhere. Will NEVER stay with you guys again. I should have demanded my money back.
