Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The elevator permit was 6 months out of date. When i asked the staff they said they had but the maintenance person had not put it up. 6 months to change it. Lame excuse. 1 elevator door took forever to close and the close button did not work. The propane for the barbecue was out and my worker had to get it filled. They did reimburse us for the fuel not the time.

Decent place to stay.
Liked: Bed room, closet size, counch, TVs, single seater sofa, I came with few number of suitcases the storage was good. Cops always around felt safe.
Disliked: 1. Had to call few times and follow-up the maintenance people few times to come in for the dishwasher fix. 2. On a funny note, Sometimes staying long would make you get bored with the breakfast by seeing the same dishes again and again. 3. single seater sofacould have been a recliner one.

Liked: I would not recommend having myself or any other team members stay here again. I had trouble checking in as I was told the room was not ready. I then, on an hour lunch from training had to call Crickett to get the approval to check in as the young lady told me I had to have the credit card in my possession that was used to make the reservation When I got in my room , it did not appear to be as clean as one would expect. The most significant drawback Is that the toilet was not flushing properly and the bowl filled up. I informed the front desk and was told that the maintenance crew was not onsite . At this point , the desk clerk provided me with a plunger. Never was there a mention of moving my room to one with a working toilet. At the very least, a Larkspur Landing employee should have come to the room to take care of this matter. It should have never been assumed that a hotel guest should perform this maintenance. However this was never offered. With no other option, I proceeded to plunge the toilet myself. Even after this, the toilet never did work properly and I had to plunge it after each use .
Upon checkout, I advised the desk clerk of the situation and very eloquently and professionally explained what an inconvenience this was and mentioned that the only step taken to rectify this was to provide me, a hotel guest , with a plunger. She did apologize. However, this situation was handled poorly by the hotel staff.

Liked: I was happy to see a laundry service. The use of the machines were at no charge. The only thing we needed to pay was soap. We didn't have to go out of the hotel to launder our clothes like we thought.
