Great value, super fast internet....

Liked: I came here on business for a multi-day event at a nearby tech company. The hotel is pretty close to where I needed to be, and the WiFi was really fast. I had no trouble streaming Netflix, etc. Overall, I didn't need the suite style room per say, but the rate was very reasonable. I liked that fruit was available at the front desk when I checked in at night, and again when I was leaving in the morning. Lots of suite style places don't give you a hot breakfast...although this one is pretty basic, it's still a welcome addition.
Disliked: I understand that suite style means you'll have appliances in the room, but to be honest, the fridge and heater were quite loud. It's not that the hum was really obnoxious or anything, but rather they start up with a jolt, This might be a real problem if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast area was kind of small so it gets crowded during busy times.

Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: It is in no way comparable to the other three star hotels in Hillsboro. Our room was dark and tiny and had a single bed. We could change...for an extra $20, making the cost higher that other super hotels. Please get this off your list.

Liked: The property is beautiful
Disliked: If you are taking TriMet DO NOT go to this hotel! It is a 30 minute walk just to get there from the bus stop. Not to mention the staff have no idea what they are doing and there are hidden fines. They wanted to charge us an extra $50 dollars that they would give back but we were not prepared for this we withdrew the money from our account and only left the amount that would need to be paid on the card and they couldn?t figure it out.. she said she would let us pay in cash for the hotel and let us pay on the card for the insurance but then couldn?t figure out how to do that so we had to walk another 30 minutes just to get back to the bus stop then wait another 30 min just for the bus to get there ... we went and booked a stay at extended stay with no hassle and no hidden fees ...

Liked: Room size and amenities.
Disliked: Left a shirt hanging in bedroom closet, called the hotel not even 24 hours after we checked out, and of course the shirt is no where to be found.

Larkspur pris and cons

Liked: The room was beautiful the bed was very comfortable the bathroom was amazing it was very spacious the kitchen was well-equipped. If there was any change that could be made the couch was not comfortable neither the sleeping portion or the sitting portion it needs to be replaced it's outdated.
Disliked: I have been using for over 10 years. I travel under my professional name. I have a business card and other forms of identification using that name. I do not however have a driver's license under that name. I have never had a problem checking into a hotel using my confirmations or my alternate ID. my husband was accompanying me on this trip and his card and his ID are current and he was the one paying for the room, but they seemed to have a problem with the fact that his name was not on the reservation even though I made the reservation under my account. The amount of falafel that was created at the check-in was not only humiliating but uncalled for. I'm tired of hearing people say things like 'it's for your own security'. how is this against my security? There's a person with ID that has the name that's on the reservation and her husband who has a different name because this is 2019 and we don't have the same name and this is an issue? I was very unhappy with their attitude their demeanor. Secondly, both the orange juice and the coffee at breakfast we're watered down to be almost unrecognizable as either of those substances. You can use cheap eggs and sausages if you want to. But when it comes to the morning coffee? Don't skimp. Not for a hundred bucks a room.
