Was OK, but for the...
Liked: Pet Friendly
Disliked: Staff put on 1st floor which was good. Very bad was right next to outside Heat Pumps. Very noisy and could not sleep. The bathroom toilet was very short and hard to get up and down. The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels for same price. Overkill on kitchen. Didn't need it.

Quite disappointing.
Liked: Clean. Good location
Disliked: The sleeper sofa was unusable. The metal bar in the middle made it highly uncomfortable. The person using it had to move the mattress onto the floor and was barely able to sleep all night. My bed (in the bedroom) was fine. They should not advertise this is a “2 bed” suite as one was unusable. Would be very difficult to return to this property, given the experience.

I would definitely stay here...
Liked: Convenient location, great size suite, and adequate breakfast. Also love the fact that they offer free use of the laundry room to guest.
Disliked: The pull out couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs completely through the mattress.

Above an beyond
Liked: Due to a problem with Booking.com reservations not being correctly advertised my booking was not as I originally requested. However, the associate at Larkspur Ashley was kind enough to help get the problem corrected and spoke with her supervisor explaining the mix-up in booking the 2 queen bed suite as advertised.I was in turn offered the only two Queen bed suite which was in fact a room that could only be booked directly with Larkspur and not through any booking comapny offer as I was lead to believe during my booking experience with Booking.com.I in fact was offered the room and paid % of the difference.I would like to thank the staff and management for coming to the rescue. I would also like to thank Ashley for her kindness and assistance in rectifying the problem.
Disliked: Booking.com should be careful with the offers presented on their site to customers. Some states frown heavily on false advertisements.
