Liked: The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They were on top of everything and I have no negative comments about them.
Disliked: The room we were placed in smelled like a combination of dog urine, smoke, and mildew. There were also fingernails and hair on the bathroom counter.

Disliked: When we checked in we were told they had a leak and therefore no water until approximately 6:00pm that evening. We were given water bottles to pour into the back of the toilet in order for it to flush. After check in and viewing our rooms we decided this was not the hotel for us. Staff was friendly and offered us a complete refund.

Liked: The size of the room was nice
Disliked: I chose a handicapped room because I need walk in shower access. The room was equipped with a tub and a million grab bars. There was a shower chair that I used but it was definitely not convenient. The facility seems in need of major refreshing. When we left we waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk...they never showed so we just left.

Liked: The staff was friendly. The location was decent. The outdoor fireplace was a nice experience although not located particularly conveniently. The room was relatively quiet.
Disliked: Our room had a hole in the closet door and the floor was dirty when we checked in. Bed was not very comfortable. The room was very stuffy and the air conditioner didn't seem to work well with the thermostat. A friend of mine who rented a separate room had a difficult time with accommodations (had a leg injury and needed to use a scooter to get around).

Great location, the quality is...
Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the location was great
Disliked: The front desk representative named Lyla was just awful. She has the worst customer service/people skills I think I have ever seen in the hotel industry. She asked me so many questions (multiple times) upon check-in time and asked in an interrogative way. She really needs to work on her tone and loosen up a lot! Way too serious, rude, and didn?t smile. Also the staff was NOT wearing a mask and I?m pretty sure the mask mandate was in place because it was august 24th. Then she was practically forcing breakfast down my throat over and over again, telling me I should fill out the form for breakfast and that I?m missing out.. as a former Lead for a casino hotel, I am very good at spotting an exceptional front desk employee and she was not it. Please someone get her training. This is critique is not meant to get her in trouble in any means but she really has a lot of opportunities for growth and I hope the management takes the time to offer her the chance to grow and improve on her skills.

Liked: the room was worn down, there is a funny smell in the hallway. when I tried to get ice it was Adventure had to go to the main desk get a key then go to a different floor and find the laundry room
Disliked: property could have been cleaner room could have had USB ports for charging phones.ice machine location could have been better
