Disappointing

Disliked: They give us an uncleaned room. They changed the room, but the AC is too noisy. And, there’s no more shower gel.

Do not recommend.

Liked: Breakfast was the only decent thing about this hotel.
Disliked: I did not receive the room I reserved and paid for. They said those rooms were sold out which is ridiculous since I requested and paid for it. How can it have been sold out? I ended up getting a room with a full size bed and a couch when I had specifically reserved one with two beds because I was traveling with my daughter. The room’s air conditioner barely worked. Staff was never at the counter. I would definitely not recommend.

Disliked: One key card per room, pool closed without notification, gym had 2 machines, no weights, no coat hangers, towels hard to get and scrambles eggs were white and slimy

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The room could have been cleaned alot better. The was a big long black hair in the toilet. There was used dryer sheets in the dresser drawer. And the bed stand was dirty. At breakfast the second day there were bowls, but no plates. The staff was nice. But the pool was out of service. Over all the property just seemed run down. You could tell the property was transitioning to a new brand. Lots of potential.

Disliked: Shower a little weird. Pool was closed which is the reason we stayed there so kids very upset

Disliked: Sticky note put on one and only key card they could provide at check in because they had no card envelopes and not enough key cards for people who still needed to check in. In addition, the pool was closed, the gym was not really a gym, no coat hangers in the room, they did not have enough towels and the room smelled horribly. My husband eats anything and refused to eat the scrambled eggs. We left to go to another hotel and they said we can’t check you out because you already paid through Booking.com so no refund either. First time in my life I did not get a room as reviewed. This was a bad experience.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We didn't even check in. The grounds had not been maintained in weeks and the parking lot was completely empty with no signs of guest. Pool was closed and it didn't mention pool closed when we booked. Looked like ownership has abandoned maintaining the hotel.
