My stay at hamlet hotel

Liked: Comfortable room staff friendly
Disliked: My TV didn't work properly and was a bit misleading it said if I booked online I'd get complimentary breakfast but it was if i booked through their site so got charged £12.50 and I literally had 1 piece toast and half an egg so that was annoying

needs work could be so...

Liked: there really isnt much, sorry, i guess at a push i would say the parking is free
Disliked: breakfast felt cheap, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation, the hall carpets were dirty and need cleaning, the heating is flat out all the time, the owners feel not very present most of the time, it seems only one or 2 actually know what is happening or how to do things

Highly recomend hamlet hotel.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I have a disease that prevents me from eating solid food and the staff offered to purree all my foods for me. The hotel was spotless clean . And we are hoping to return in July. We would highly recomend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay lovely.the bed was massive and really comfortable. Mr and Mrs price south wales.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

So dirty never stayed the...

Liked: Sticky dirty. Smell though out we checked in but never stayed we went Home would recommend to anyone 0 star !
Disliked: Dirty smelled sticky tables over all let down

Good value

Liked: Room was a great size and bed very comfortableDinner was really good and staff were very careful, I have coeliac disease and they made sure my food was safe.
Disliked: Shower in our bathroom was not great
