Dont go , management hates...

Liked: The location is nice , everything else isnt
Disliked: The staff is of the lowest quality out there , Rooms are out dated , windoes were broken , there is a serious mosquito issue and with a broken window you cant sleep Ac doesnt work (in july !!) and lights are burned , some windows dont have blinds. Totally a 1 star experience- would never recommend anyone

Better options in the keys...

Disliked: We were given the key to the bungalow. Got to the door and lock was broken. Called front, employee came gave us a code to use instead, fine. Get inside and the AC is blasting cold no freezing in the bedroom. Look for AC remote to lower it, nowhere to be found. Asked front desk to please help. Staffmember came said "i dont know housekeeping said the remote was here". Well clearly they were wrong as you yourself can see there is no remote. He said ok let me look for another remote. Never heard back from him. Had to sleep in living room bed because of the ridiculous cold temp in bedroom. Also for a place that touts itself as a "zen" and relaxing atmosphere, having two guys with leafblowers for 45 minutes all around us while we were trying to relax in the pool area probably isnt the best idea. Expected better customer service for a 400 a night room. Needless to say won't be back.

Liked: Largo Resort was a peaceful and quiet place to stay in Key Largo. Although it is right off of route 1, once you enter the property, it is serene and relaxing.
Disliked: No complaints! We loved our time here.

Liked: Beautiful and peaceful location. Quiet. Wonderful heated pool. Gorgeous sunset view on the water. Suites are spacious with comfortable beds and large spa like bathrooms. Wonderful walk in shower.Friendly cats roam the property and are a delight. Ample parking. Secure location. Free bikes and kayaks for guest use.
Disliked: Breakfast basket was not delivered at a typical breakfast time. I had to go to the office to collect the basket in the morning. If you are relying on this delivery to get you started for the day, you will need to wait until the office is open. If you prefer to eat early, you should plan to go out for breakfast or keep food in your suite.Facilities are a little old and could use a fresh coat of paint and updated furniture.No bay swimming access. No on-site bar.
