Favorite B&B Experience of our...

Liked: The wonderful host, Pamela, was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The two room suite was decorated beautifully and impeccably clean. Guests have use of a conservatory where she serves a lovely breakfast. The location is not far from the city center and is located at the end of a very quiet lane. I would highly recommend Larchmont House and would love to stay there again when we visit Derry next. We love opting for traditional B&B's when we travel and this one was by far our favorite of our 3 week holiday through Ireland and Scotland.

A beautiful place to stay,...

Liked: We were there for a wedding in a local hotel which was 2 minutes from Larchmount House which was great althogh the entrance was a little hard to find along the main road however Pamela sent me a message on the day to help me find the entrance but I didnt pick it up in time so go slow along the road and you'll see it. . A beautiful building, we had the bedroom at the top of the house, the room was very unique and memorable, spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was so delicious and fresh with a choice of continental of cereals, juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit, fresh breads, and muffins and tray bakes, tea, coffee, toast etc with also the option to have a cooked breakfast as well which I did and it was also so fresh and delicious. Pamela was great and made us feel so welcome and offered to drop us off at the local hotel for the wedding. Overall a wonderful stay and although a bit more expensive than the usual hotels in Derry it was worth it and I would have no hesitation recommending Larchmount which ticked all the boxes for us.

An amazing family stay in...

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the property was absolutely stunning, full of charm and beautifully decorated throughout. Pamela was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and truly skilled at preparing a delicious breakfast that made each morning special.

Perfect Stay.

Liked: Larchmount House is in an excellent location to get into the Walled City.Pamela cooked a delicious breakfast each morning and this was served in a stunning conservatory.Pamela is a wonderful host.
Disliked: There isn't anything to not like.

We didn't want to leave.

Liked: Breakfast was terrific! Our host, Pamela, is wonderful! The accommodations are fabulous! The location is beautiful!The only negative is that, due to our hurried schedule, we weren't able to stay longer. This is such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay, I can't imagine anyone not liking it.
Disliked: While it was not a negative for us, if you have trouble with stairs this may not be the place for you.Also, we had a rental car so the fact that the location is four or so miles from Derry central was not an issue for us.

Beautiful house in an idyllic...

Liked: The house was absolutely stunning and the setting was just beautiful. Location was ideal for us as I was getting married in Beech Hill Country House the following day. Pamela was the best host… she made sure we had everything we needed. And the breakfast was perfect!
Disliked: That we couldn’t stay longer!

Liked: We had a wonderful one night stay in Larchmount house B&B. We were attending a wedding in the Beechill hotel which was a 10 minute walk. The property is beautiful and our bedroom had everything you could need. Our host Pamela couldn’t have been more welcoming, she even dropped us down to the hotel for the wedding. She made us the most fantastic breakfast the next morning home cooked and delicious. Nothing was any bother for her, my partner was quite hungover the next morning and she gave him pain killers. It felt like you were staying with a friend for the night, super host. Would highly reccomend and if we're ever up this area again I will be booking Larchmount house B&B.
