Liked: Requested room service after first night. Nothing happened even though the desk clerk said she 'got me'.
Disliked: 1) Requested room service after the first night. Nothing happened even though the desk clerk said she 'got me'.2) Could not cancel my 2nd & 3rd night due to booking through Booking.com. The desk clerk said I'd have to contact Booking.com and after Booking.com submitted an approved cancellation request to the hotel. No response from the hotel.3) Desk in room no longer has electrical outlet for notebook nor USB for phone charging.

nice and quiet, very clean.
Liked: plenty of food and coffee, staff was very friendly.
Disliked: the toaster didnt work very well and they did run out of yogurt.
