Liked: Location was near my children.
Disliked: I paid through booking.com, then when they said swipe for $50 incidentals, they charged another full stay of $222.... The $50 came off a few days later. The staff said not their problem. Wtf?I now have to make a payment to my credit card while I wait a week for the management to get back with me. Hiring incompetent people to be the face of your business is not a good business model. It's pretty simple, swipe for $50 incidentals not for a full stay and incidentals when I clearly had paid with booking.comThere was a line of people waiting to complain about the same thing.Oh, the city pays this location to house homeless. There's dog poop on all the walkways around the entire building. Trash has been overfilled for days spilling out into the middle of the parking lot. Not over exaggerating. There's dirt marks on the covers. Someone from corporate needs to pay a visit.

Liked: Requested room service after first night. Nothing happened even though the desk clerk said she 'got me'.
Disliked: 1) Requested room service after the first night. Nothing happened even though the desk clerk said she 'got me'.2) Could not cancel my 2nd & 3rd night due to booking through Booking.com. The desk clerk said I'd have to contact Booking.com and after Booking.com submitted an approved cancellation request to the hotel. No response from the hotel.3) Desk in room no longer has electrical outlet for notebook nor USB for phone charging.
