Disliked: The overall comfort level of my stay was quite poor. The bathroom faucet was faulty—I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be repaired the next day, but it remained unfixed until I checked out. The exhaust fan didn’t work, and the air conditioning was so loud that it disrupted my sleep.Additionally, the self-service laundry required coins, and the front desk refused to charge my credit card for them—yet I was able to purchase laundry detergent using my credit card, which made the situation all the more frustrating. Since I had another check-in the following day and was traveling with family, I had a significant amount of laundry to do. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the front desk repeatedly refused to help. They insisted I exchange money for Canadian dollars, even though the exchange service was closed and I was told to come back the next day.This lack of support and inflexible service was disappointing and inconvenient.

Liked: Location, price and breakfast was included, which was quite good, rooms were clean and spacious
Disliked: Elevators were slow, and the property was showing some “wear and tear”

Good location for walk to...

Liked: Good location in downtown and a nice view from the balcony in the higher floors.
Disliked: The breakfast with disposable plates and cups and plastic cutlery is not understandable in the current time of not endless resources.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: We had a great stay. Underground parking at the hotel was a plus. Breakfast was good and offered options.
Disliked: The TV in the room did not work. A technician came but couldn't fix it - was to return the next day. After speaking with staff both on the phone and in person, it was going to be addressed. Never was. Not a huge deal but aggravating.

Nice staff, great location, facilities...

Liked: Location was great and staff were very helpful. Pool was ok but they missed a huge opportunity to have a pool with a nice view up on the roof. Room was adequate. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked with stuff to cook and eat.
Disliked: Breakfast was crowded and lacked anything healthy. I suppose you get what you pay for, but it was mostly just pre-packaged stuff and bread. The room constantly felt like the floor was wet. Might've been condensation under the carpets or the loud A/C. Pullout couch wasn't very comfortable but it was enough.
