Liked: Size of room.. very clean and comfortable
Disliked: Had a stove for cooking. But no pots to cook with.

Excellent location and pleasant staff.

Liked: Great location and nice size room with full kitchenette. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast though often crowded.
Disliked: Off site parking facility was limited due to needed repairs (only part of lower level available. Due to ceiling being propped up by temporary support beams.) and the payment machine at the parking lot was quirky and frustrating to use.)

Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful. 5/5 stars for them. They upgraded us to a queen/suite which was nice.
Disliked: The parking situation wasn’t ideal. We had to park 2 blocks away at a garage owned by another hotel. Also, while the location is likely central to all of Montreal it wasn’t really central to the tourist parts, which is why we were there. 30 minute walk.

Disliked: The overall comfort level of my stay was quite poor. The bathroom faucet was faulty—I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be repaired the next day, but it remained unfixed until I checked out. The exhaust fan didn’t work, and the air conditioning was so loud that it disrupted my sleep.Additionally, the self-service laundry required coins, and the front desk refused to charge my credit card for them—yet I was able to purchase laundry detergent using my credit card, which made the situation all the more frustrating. Since I had another check-in the following day and was traveling with family, I had a significant amount of laundry to do. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the front desk repeatedly refused to help. They insisted I exchange money for Canadian dollars, even though the exchange service was closed and I was told to come back the next day.This lack of support and inflexible service was disappointing and inconvenient.
