This was the perfect home...

Liked: The location was perfect. Near shopping, dining, Old Montreal, and Mount Royal. The room was as large as advertised, and extremely clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I could.
Disliked: There are only two small elevators to service the guests and staff on about 15 floors. But it usually wasn’t an issue for us.

Liked: The room was large enough although outdated furniture and bathroom. It had a small kitchenet with a full fridge. The breakfast was abundant however there were no croissants??
Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was noisy, the swimming pool had no change rooms and there was no direct access from the elevator, you had to go up to another floor. The TV had only French channels.

A basic but comfortable and...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located for Sherbrooke West and is right between McGill and Place des Arts metro stations. The hotel is on the older side, but it was still clean an comfortable and the value is appropriate. No frills and a common destination for families.
Disliked: Everything was good :)

Disliked: Booked 2 rooms but personal not able to provide right rooms - first they gave us only 1 room then a second room already occupied by someoneelse and then a third one finaly ok.But due to so many room changes they charged us 3 rooms - now will try to get reimbursed.
