overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: The beds were comfy and clean with white linen sheets. there was a kettle in the room with cups, could have done with a couple of spoons and bowls for breakfast ,if you didn’t want to go down to the dinning room which we didn’t use. Staff was very nice ..the property is well lit up so no problem there.If you decide to walk to town it’s about 25 minutes each way nice walk ,there was one hitch it’s pretty dark when you walk back there is no lightening on the path which was very dark ,the road had lighting but path was shielded by trees so take a torch.
Disliked: Nothing to do with property that was very nice . I think something needs to be done about the path with no lights.

Disappointing.

Disliked: Every tap and the shower leaked and could not be turned off, they dripped all night.

Liked: Beautiful place to stay, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, lovely classic European style furnishings. Convenient location. We had some difficulty accessing, partly because it was a last-minute booking, but also because the main phone number listed didn’t answer, and the manager number provided on the door is incorrect & goes to a man in Melbourne who has no association with the property. Once that was sorted out we had no further problem.

Liked: We were lucky to be upgraded to the king suite which was a lovely room with a private balcony over looking the beautiful gardens. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was even a small lounge area. Despite being on the first floor the shower water pressure was excellent and we enjoyed hot showers each morning in the spacious ensuite. The room was clean, private and quiet and only a 10/15 min walk into the centre of Dunsborough.
