Visit to Pula
Liked: Quiet location, perfect place to relax. We did not rent a car but were able to walk to Pula, the ruins at Nora and beach easily.
Disliked: For access to public transportation, we had to request a car for transport to Cagliari. Not a huge issue but just FYI.

Liked: Pool was good but very cold at this time of the year. Rooms( twin appartment) were excellent.
Disliked: Food was only okay and expense for what was served

Liked: Everything was ok. In April was not many people. Very quiet
Disliked: Water in swimming pool should be warmer. It was only 19C water temperature. A bit to cold for me

The independance of an apartment...
Liked: Helpful staff, the pool area and hotel grounds were beautiful. Our apparftment was comfortable and spacious with a wonderful view from the terrace.
Disliked: The apartment could have been a little better equipped for some self catering, e.g. a toaster, eggcups and some washing up and simple cleaning products.

Couple meets rude staff member
Liked: The hotel was kept very clean. Lovely pool. A bit quiet - it would be nice if there were some activities during the day.
Disliked: I had an issue with a male member of staff at reception. He was extremely rude when I enquired about an event that was happening in the hotel for Ferragosto. I felt very uncomfortable afterwards as I have never been spoken to like this. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel due to this encounter. It is a pity as Veronica on reception was amazing and more than helpful and polite!Also, the shower in the bathroom sprayed everywhere and soaked the floor every time you used it.
