Nice rooms and convenient location.

Liked: Convenient location. Nice rooms and decor. Beds were very firm and comfortable.
Disliked: Street noise - cars and church bells every hour - made it tough to sleep with windows open but fine with AC. Breakfast rather paltry.

Liked: We loved the location of this bed and breakfast. The room was nice with air conditioning if we need it and most amenities supplied. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We didn’t hear other guests at all. The house is central to the little town of Rockport with access to one-of-a-kind shops of art and pottery.
Disliked: There’s nothing we didn’t like about this property.

Disliked: The stairs were narrow and curved, but did have a handrail and the owner helped with our luggage up and down the stairs

Really excellent!

Liked: The breakfast was an extended continental style-plenty of food and delicious homemade granola and lots of fresh fruit!! Plenty of good coffee too. The location is really excellent. We parked right at the house and walked easily everywhere!! Everything was in easy walking distance. A little store across the street when we needed any little thing like extra water. Really great! A beautiful comfy front porch where we ate breakfast and just chilled!!
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was very inconveniently placed!! Church chimes every hour-even through the night!! But if we had put on the air conditioner we probably wouldn't have noticed. One has to be able to do stairs also!
