I have one more night...
Liked: Everyone was very nice and polite. Location was great for my needs.
Disliked: The room had not been dusted well and corners hadn’t been vacuumed well. Faucets at sink were not clean. Tray where ice bucket and glasses was dusty.

Liked: I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is spacious, offering ample room to move around, even with a baby in tow. Despite being busy, the atmosphere remained peaceful and quiet, perfect for our family's needs. The massage and spa treatments were fantastic, providing much-needed relaxation. The food was delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. Overall, it is a wonderful choice for families looking for a serene yet vibrant stay.

Disliked: Beds were not comfortable, food was not worth the price, they charged more tip than we gave, complained and they said they would contact me - Never did. Too much use of plastic.

Beautiful views, 3 great pools,...
Liked: Pool and spa were great! Staff at the pool were really friendly and on top of servicing you.
Disliked: Room were a little dated for such a nice place.

Beautiful resort but food was...
Liked: Beautiful property/resort. Pool area was nice. Family friendly. My son had a blast. My husband had an amazing time playing golf
Disliked: The play/jungle gym equipment needed a power wash. It was filthy. I didn’t want my 2 year old to play on it. The food on the property was just okay. It was edible but not good. We ate at the Coton Rye (dinner), Piedmont (lunch) and Riverside Hearth (breakfast). The breakfast omelet was good but the waffles were nasty but my two year old loved the pancakes. I had a steak sandwich at the Piedmont and it had a lot of fat on the sirloin tips. Crispy wings at Coton & Rye were not crispy. I also ordered a warm brownie sundae and the brownie was cold. Perhaps it was what I ordered because my husband thought his food was good. I’ll most definitely be returning to the resort but I will eat outside the resort.
