Liked: We liked this hotel and will either stay there or the Annan on our next trip. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent car park. Room clean and well turned out. Great location for buses and the central area. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing - all very good.

Liked: Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to make are special weekend that extra special. Nothing is to much for them.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The room was spotless, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Good location, quiet but about a 5 minute walk to the beach front. Private parking was an added bonus!
Disliked: The bed was a carriage bed. Not the hotels fault, I should have checked. Not good for a 6-foot man as he was too tall for it. Next time we will book a different room.

Absolutely Stunning Hotel In A...

Liked: Absolutely everything! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in in Llandudno. From being greeted by the lovely smiley Dan to the elegant style of the living/breakfast room, everything just felt so perfect. We stayed in room 6, a superior with 4 poster bed. Just amazing. Huge room with lovely decor and everything you could want & need. Front room with a bay window where you can sit & watch the world go past. So quiet too. Lovely ambience to the whole venue. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of continental selection followed by a choice of hot food including a full English which was quality & plentiful. Superb stay & we will 100% be back as soon as we can.
