Disliked: Feedback - Decor is stuck in the 1970s/1980s Carehome style. Receptionist was patrionising on check in and again when I couldn't find the room.I arrived after 9 and no food available after a long journey up from Penzance, I ordered food as I was hungry and hadn't eaten in hours and was very rudely spoken to by the receptionist upon doing so.Room was ok but again quite old fashioned, lovely comfy bed and a great desk I could do some work on.Bathroom was dated and sadly had mould round the edge of the bath and shower head.Overall a poor experience upon staying here, a shame as been looking forward to staying here for years! Will say I slept very well and the bed was incredibly comfy!Not worth the money paid sadly, probably worth around £40-£50 a night based on other places I have stayed not £130.I apologise for the negativity, I always like to be positive but had a really bad experience staying here.

Liked: Great Facilities - Swimming, Tennis and can cycle or walk straight from the hotel. Enjoyed the food and the lounge area was great for families - maybe not so great for those looking for a quieter spot to relax in the evening.
