Liked: The hotel felt so welcoming instantly and was a great space after a busy hectic New York day.The suite we got for the family was incredible and so spacious- our kids said it was the best place they had stayed! Staff wonderful and everything clean and tidy. I loved the turn down in the evenings which was very welcomed. Location wise you’re central so easy enough to get anywhere.

From the very start, everything was taken care of with true five-star service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every detail — we felt looked after from the moment we arrived.Both rooms were spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean. The comfort level was outstanding — high-quality beds, luxurious bathrooms, and a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day in the city.Traveling with family can be hectic, but The Langham made it effortless. Everyone in our group, from the youngest to the oldest, was truly happy with the experience. The service was consistent and flawless, and the in-room dining was excellent — a real treat after long days out.It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right, but The Langham absolutely did. We’d return in a heartbeat — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and top-tier hospitality in New York.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.
Disliked: There is only one negative I can say about this hotel. The bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise the room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The level of service and staff excellence was so impressive that it overshadowed this one negative and I can honestly say our stay was a 10. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Manhattan.
