Fantastic stay.
Liked: The welcome was friendly, and the room was incredibly well presented. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Nothing, the stay was amazing. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect and fantastic value for...
Liked: It was in the grounds of a fishery. B&B. Tents & Caravans. Small site, adults only. 15 mins from Lincoln Centre by car but felt like you were in the countryside. The owners were really lovely and went the extra mile. We loved it and would highly recommend it
Disliked: It was extremely clean and well appointed with everything that you could need. The breakfast (in your room) was outstanding

Genuinely nice hosts, beautifully kept...
Liked: Enough to choose from via menu to be filled in or crossed out on the evening prior to your breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, generous portions. Brought to your room on a butler trolley.

Lovely short stay
Liked: Location was good for us as visiting family in the area. Lovely breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Nice pub along the road but be sure to book if planning on eating there. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and have a lovely place set in a beautiful area.

We would recommend this B...
Liked: Amazing breakfasts. Table in room for breakfast which was OK, but was expecting easy chairs as in picture. One of reasons I booked. It was fine though. Room was plenty big enough but not for table and easy chairs, I’m sure Jacqui and John would have changed if we had required. Separate entrance.Great Hosts. That we could stretch our legs walking round the lakes after the amazing breakfasts. It is a little stroll rather than a long walk.
Disliked: I don’t think this can be solved, but the accommodation is like an annexe to the home on the site and there Doesn’t appear to be any soundproofing between the en-suite and what ever was on the other side. We found this a bit off putting as we could not help but hear conversations and that meant …It is on quite a busy road.
