Good hotel but spa facilities...

Liked: Staff were very good, particularly Helen at breakfast. Smiley and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and of a high standard. Good size rooms and bathroom
Disliked: Very disappointed with the spa or lack of! One very small pool and a sauna hardly constitutes a spa! Ok if you want to book treatments. I had booked the hotel for my husband’s birthday, i should do my research better next time. There was an outdoor jacuzzi but there was an extra charge of £25 each which really was not worth it. It was always empty during our 2 day stay so why hotel guests can’t use it I’ve no idea.

Liked: It was the essence of luxury. The facilities are amazing it's a beautiful place the staff are amazingly accommodating very kind and respectful.
Disliked: The only issue was a strange accident noise that was on all night but in all honesty the place is amazing

Liked: Lovely stay. Could not fault the rooms, spacious, comfortable beds and very clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Spa area was calming, and kept very clean. Bar food was good, slightly over priced.
Disliked: Shame you had to pay an extra amount for the outside pool, as for the price, would be nice if that was included also. Otherwise, a really positive stay:)
