Disliked: Room service never came to my room 1016.i went down to front desk 3 days later.and the black lady..didn't get her name...said room service wasn't part of the package ..I said wow i didnt know that..so while I was standing there .I was asking for a few more towels..she said she would send somebody with a set..never received any towels..when I left I noticed the bed sheet have what looked like dried blood on it. Wasn't from me..when I checked out I has a white lady that had a supervisor badge obAnd mentioned this..not sure if she wrote any of this down..the place was nice.location niceStaff could have been alot more helpful..was very disappointed with the front desk saying roomservice housekeeping wasn't part of the package I got thru booking.com... I was not happy when I checked out.
