Liked: Clean. Friendly comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast is sad. Coffee leaves alot to be desired But not a deterrent for me . As I always pack my own food. And kwick trip is close by

Tolerable when prepared.

Liked: It is handy and close to relatives and necessities.
Disliked: Floors are dirty. Sheets don't fit. We brought our own sheets, towels, and blankets because wr knew what to expect. We also brought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.

Liked: We liked the location in the downtown Clintonville area. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff greeted us right away and responded to our requests right away.
Disliked: We paid in advance for our rooms, but upon check in they asked for payment which we had to sort out with them. Also, we had booked one queen bed room and one double (two beds) room. When we went to our rooms, they were both single queen bed rooms. So, we had to go back to the checkout to sort this out. The rooms were also visibly dirty. Bathrooms had visible garbage and dust on all surfaces. Carpets had obvious signs that they were not vacuumed recently and flat surfaces were also coated in dust and grime. Beds seemed clean, or at least we crossed our fingers that they were. The rooms had A/C units that were on full blast, however, for a 68 degree day, we could not get the rooms cooler than 80 degrees without opening our window.

Liked: Decent location. Nice staff
Disliked: No handicapped facilities

Did not enjoy the stay,...

Disliked: Very bad bed! No maid service.
