Nice family motel with great...

Liked: Location was amazing!
Disliked: There were kids running around playing tag really late and they were so loud. So it was hard to sleep until they went in which was around 12.

Exceptional

Liked: It was close to the boardwalk and beach. The check in was earlier than most places as well as check out was later, which was nice. The pool is open until 10 pm, which is nice.
Disliked: The beds were not that comfortable, but they were manageable. You can hear everything going on from inside your room. So, if you are bothered by noises when sleeping, i suggest bringing earplugs to sleep. I feel it is simply part of the experience when vacationing at the beach, so it didn't really bother us.

Liked: The location was great, pool was clean.
Disliked: The elevator was old and would close even if you were in the way. Careful if you have little ones.

Won’t stay again

Liked: Pool area was clean and beautiful
Disliked: Place is really a dump. Staff is never available and the front desk has stupid hours, so if you’re in need after or before their “hours” you’re SOL, don’t even answer the phone when not during their “working hours”. Bathroom doesn’t even have hair dryers. Lobby reeks of cat pee. Definitely a bare bones hotel. If we weren’t there for a concert and needed the close walking proximity I wouldn’t never paid even half of what I did to stay here.

Liked: Great location, parking, met the need to stay close to the beach in a central point.
Disliked: Staff provided little information, daily cleaning was very basic and not welcoming. Overall quality medium, and overly priced.

Very good

The room was good for...

Liked: Shower pressure and water were great, hot. Overall room was good.
Disliked: The towels could have been a bit whiter, looked like they need replacing. Room was clean, would suggest changing out the bed cover they are the scratchy kind. Room's decor was outdated but clean.

We love the landmark are...

Liked: The location is great. The area is quiet. Close to the boardwalk and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: We were up until 3 am with a room of 6 kids above us. The management had to make a trip to talk to them, but the noise never stopped. The hotel switched our room the next morning to the top floor on the opposite side. The rest of our stay was amazing. Request a top room floor if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early.
