Liked: I like that the property was very close to the boardwalk so we didn’t have to drive much. Also super close to Wawa when we did need to drive. The hotel was great. They did a comedy us with a corner room anywhere but the first floor, but the room we received was a corner on the second floor, and our view was blocked to the beach, and all we saw was outback of their parking lot. I was a little thrown back because I switched from another hotel thinking landmark had a private balcony as stated in amenities, but it is a shared balcony. That was our reason for choosing a corner and at that point there was no refund available so we had to take it. Super nice staff and very clean though.
Disliked: I didn’t like the view from our room would have preferred poolside opposed to beach side. We asked for a corner room, just not on the first floor and we received a corner room on the second floor, but our view was blocked by their parking lot and a building in front of us was not a pretty view. They also stated a balcony for their amenities I was under the impression it was a private balcony, but it is a shared balcony.

Liked: Location was amazing!
Disliked: There were kids running around playing tag really late and they were so loud. So it was hard to sleep until they went in which was around 12.

Liked: It was close to the boardwalk and beach. The check in was earlier than most places as well as check out was later, which was nice. The pool is open until 10 pm, which is nice.
Disliked: The beds were not that comfortable, but they were manageable. You can hear everything going on from inside your room. So, if you are bothered by noises when sleeping, i suggest bringing earplugs to sleep. I feel it is simply part of the experience when vacationing at the beach, so it didn't really bother us.

Disliked: The elevator was old and would close even if you were in the way. Careful if you have little ones.

Disliked: Place is really a dump. Staff is never available and the front desk has stupid hours, so if you’re in need after or before their “hours” you’re SOL, don’t even answer the phone when not during their “working hours”. Bathroom doesn’t even have hair dryers. Lobby reeks of cat pee. Definitely a bare bones hotel. If we weren’t there for a concert and needed the close walking proximity I wouldn’t never paid even half of what I did to stay here.
