Great Comfort and Convenient Location!

Liked: I always stay here whenever I travel to Tennessee. It’s a quiet, clean place, conveniently located near everything—a great spot to relax and rest.My only complaint is about the housekeeping. There were four ladies on the team. On the first day, I requested just fresh towels and no additional service. On the second day, when they asked if I wanted full service, I said yes and left the room so they could work. However, when I returned, the only things they had done were making the beds, replacing the towels, and taking out the trash—nothing else.Maybe I misunderstood what ‘full service’ includes, but I expected at least the floors to be swept and mopped, especially considering there were four of them and many rooms appeared to be unoccupied. There were even pieces of paper on the floor that hadn’t been there before.Other than that, everything was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as always. Despite the housekeeping issue, I had a good stay overall.
Disliked: Housekeeping!!

Exceptional

Liked: The location,the cleanliness of the room, the staff are great. The river and the ducks behind the inn are very relaxing. The price is amazing for being so close to everything. The balcony is also a big selling point for us. At the end of an adventurous day, it gives you somewhere to relax and wind down.
Disliked: I have stayed here many times, and there is nothing I can complain about.

Liked: Ice machine on my floor was not working. Was inconvenient. River area could stand a clean up.

Liked: This place has very comfortable beds. It was extremely clean. The staff was super nice. Great WiFi. It’s also a really pretty property at night when lit up.
Disliked: There was no iron, ironing board, or hairdryer.
