Liked: The outside appeared to be a work in progress. We delightfully surprised to find a fully renovated spotless room. Very nice folks.

Liked: The remodeled rooms were very nice, the beds very comfy, and it was easy to set the temperature controls.
Disliked: The door locks were a little sticky, and the parking area had some large potholes, so drive slowly.

Liked: I needed to stay in Osawatomie for a workshop. This is basically the only option. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower had great pressure and was hot. For as much snow as was on the ground, I was very happy to have a place to stay.
Disliked: It is older, but it's clean. Very hospitable, making sure I wouldn't have to go through too much snow.

Disappointing
