The beach is always great
Liked: There was no breakfast. The location was great and Charles cofield was helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: The fact that we was only allowed one parking pass. We were not informed of this until we arrived.

You get what you pay...
Liked: The location on the beach is perfect. Two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom - that's convenient for friends/couples to share or for a family with kids. We liked the spacious balcony, the full kitchen, large dining table.
Disliked: The furniture looked old, the bathrooms REALLY need an update. The indoor pool looked dirty. The whole indoor pool/hot tub area wasn't inviting at all. The instructions for guests said we had to take out the garbage, load the dishwasher, and strip the linens off the beds. They have a very strict check-out time, and they charge $25 for each 15 minutes after that.

My family had a wonderful...
Liked: After reading some reviews, I was hesitant to stay here. After all 4 of us girls walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice & CLEAN it was! Everything in our room 1403 was updated. Very spacious at over 1,000 sq ft. I'd definitely visit this place again with no hesitation. I only had one real complaint, but it's so minor. The shower curtain in the master just would not stay in the shower (due to the length of the curtain) so water kept going out everywhere onto the floor. It was spring break, so the pool & hot tub weren't the cleanest it could be....but it wasn't too bad.
Disliked: Shower curtain length to prevent the water going all over the floor.

Nice unit with a great...
Liked: It was a great unit in a great location. That was comfortable in the view of the beach was fantastic.
Disliked: We complained the first day that we were given the wrong key for the patio door. We were told that maintenance would come that day to correct things. Three days later maintenance never showed up.
