Wonderful place to visit with...
Liked: Very friendly atmosphere and the rooms were comfortable, quiet and had nicely renovated bathrooms. The restaurant was excellent - the food and service were great!

Liked: Exceptional location, quite natural beauty. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Would highly recommend dinner in the restaurant.
Disliked: Soundproofing might use some improvement, my room was just above the restaurant and I could hear someone cleaning over the night.

Liked: Location is perfect, amazing hotel interior and territory is also beautiful. Good option to have rest in a quiet environment and explore the beautiful area. Personnel on the desk was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Dust on the floor, mold in the refrigerator in our room. in SPA area cold bath was empty and looked dirty during the time of our staying. I was going from the pool area to my room wearing the rob (which is usual when you visit SPA zone, I guess) and realized that I need to call my friend who has the key from the room. I stopped in front of entrance to the breakfast even not stepping into corridor following to the area. The lady serving the breakfast was passing by and suddenly, with not saying even "good morning" appealed to me saying that I can not be here in the rob and I can be dressed like that only in pool area or in my room. When I politely explained that I only stopped to call my friend to get the key, she said "you better stay there as guests are eating" and shown me the corridor to the kitchen with her hands. She was not smiling, looked disrespectful and unfriendly which is absolutely unacceptable in hospitality industry in general and specially in Michelin star hotel. I was honestly shocked. I travel a lot, always stay in good hotels, I know and respect the rules and what I don't need for sure is any lessons from hotel staff on how to behave. The personnel in your hotel definitely needs to be trained better to comply the level you declare.

Superb
Liked: The room was lovely and very comfortable. I like the finishing touches of fruit and chocolates in the room. The swimming pool was also lovely for an early morning swim.
Disliked: I think the breakfast could be improved. It was not easy to get round to everything, as displayed in different places. There was also not much selection for a hot breakfast, and only scambled eggs. Mushrooms, friend egg is nice for English Breakfast.

Liked: The staff was great, atmosphere and food amazing.
Disliked: The extra cost for the cot got us a bit by surprise.

Wonderful comfort and luxury, shame...
Liked: The bed is incredibly comfortable and the location and interior is lovely. The spa area is amazing (but could do with a way to wash feet when coming in and out, perhaps provide slippers?). The food in the restaurant was wonderful and all the staff were attentive.
Disliked: The wedding event taking place was incredibly loud and the music and bass rattled our windows until 00:30. I advise guests to check the event booking during their stay if they want peace and quiet. Such a shame, as otherwise a perfect stay.
