Liked: The hotel is clean and very comfortable, it is offering several add-on services as swimming pool and SPA. Everything is well kept, and the staff is really taking care of their guests. The German restaurant is very good and offers large number of dishes, quality is amazing. The family room was very large with a separate room for child, there were also a sofa that helped to play UNO game in a comfortable manner.

Liked: Perfect accommodation!A large and well-designed room, a large balcony with a sunbed, two chairs and a table, a view of snowy mountains, a room equipped with modern and high-quality equipment, a large television, wall cabinets and separate toilets and a bathroom. It was excellent!An excellent breakfast with a rich menu and a selection of endless options with maximum freshness!Professional and fun SPA and massage services.The bottom line: complete disconnection from everyday life, rest and pure pleasure!It's a shame that it ended quickly, we'll be back soon!!

Great stay

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: My only comment is that the sauna area was not working during out stay which was a shame as it was advertised in the listing, also the massage I wanted was not available because the staff was not working that day.

Liked: We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Neuschwanstein castle, but if we ever visit the area again, we'd love to pay another visit. Everything was great! The room was spacious and comfortable, a large balcony with an amazing view, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. We arrived quite late in the evening but we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a spa basket. We made our way to the Spa wing and enjoyed both the pool and the sauna by ourselves, which were open until 11pm. The restaurant is closed on Thursdays, but we were able to find a pub for something quick to eat only 4 min away by car. The breakfast had a good variety of baked goods and anything else you might want. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely recommend!

Liked: Personalized care and treatment of guests

Very nice and well rounded...

Liked: The family room we had booked has two separate bedrooms which was perfect for what we needed. The beds are comfortable and our room had a seating area with with a couch and a table. Beautiful views from our bedroom and the surrounding area is very scenic and relaxing. We travelled with our small dog and everyone was very accommodating to make sure we have everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. I also enjoyed my massage very much after being on the road. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: My mom is handicapped and requires a rollator to walk. The only way to get from the room to the restaurant, reception and pool was through a hallway with stairs, which made it a bit harder for us to get around. But this will not hold us back from returning.
