Liked: Excellent place to stay and only a 30 minute train ride to central Amsterdam form local station which has free parking

Lovely place to stay.

Liked: Stunning building with stunning communal areas. Given its history it would be beautiful. The grounds were lovely too. Staff were smiley and pleasant and clearly cared about what they were doing. A superb breakfast spread. Food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent.
Disliked: We stayed in one of the modern rooms which was fine but I suspect the ones in the original building would be more characterful and worth paying the extra for.

Liked: Impressive environment, superb atmosphere in the main building, hall and dining areas, very nice facility of spa!
Disliked: Our room was very nice, spacious and elegant, however not in the main building and the view was to the other similar rooms. In such an amazing environment you expect a garden view or view to the castle but not to your neighbours…

Liked: Stunning hotel! Beautiful grounds surrounding it, will definitely be returning for a longer visit as we only stayed the one night. Room was beautiful and the air con was brilliant!!
