Amazing hotel and perfect location.

Liked: The breakfast delicious, perfect location and place near the nature and incredible architecture and historical hotel,, looks like fairytale.
Disliked: For the value of the money they have to add team to help guests with welcoming and luggage assistance, and also the room service to be more efficient. Other things were perfect

Liked: Beautiful grounds and location and the restaurant was amazing.
Disliked: Spa was nice but small so could feel crowded and you need to wait for some of the saunas. This was a busy weekend though so may not always be the case

A wonderful location for a...

Liked: The location and surroundings were excellent! The staff we spoke to were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options.
Disliked: For the price, the room did not meet expectations. It was a bit dated and, while tidy, was in need of a more thorough cleaning. The shower door leaked very badly. We brought this up with reception after our first night there and were told that housekeeping would look at it, but the problem was not rectified and we received no update on the situation.
