Liked: The breakfasts were excellent. Nothing to be desired.

Exceptional hosts and facility!

Liked: Liane and Kores took care of us like family! Don't miss the breakfast - best we have ever had! The facility was clean and well maintained. The facility was 4 km to Kouchibouguac National Park - great location. Nearby (walkable) pizza restaurant is exceptional.

Perfect stay

Liked: From our first contact with the hosts through messages, to our check-in and to our departure, the stay was perfect. The hosts were wonderful - they responded promptly to our questions before arrival, greeted us warmly on check-in and were friendly and informative throughout our stay. The facilities were charming and comfortable, the rooms and common areas were terrific and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The hosts made us feel like family which meant that our stay met or exceeded our expectations in every respect. We would definitely stay at L'Ancrage B&B again and would recommend it to any friends visiting the area.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was perferct!

Liked: Liane & Cores were exceptional hosts! Our room was perfectly clean, the shared space was cozy & the breakfasts were delicious! Will definitely be back & stay longer to use the kayaks next time!

A very well run team...

Liked: Outside area for breakfast and evening drink. Superb hosts with exceptional breakfast. I would highly recommend and would book it again.
Disliked: Road can be a little noisy at times. Room quite small however completely satisfactory for our short stay.

A little gem near Kouchibouguac...

Liked: The breakfast was divine, copious and healthy! Some cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, a very large selection of fruits, toasts, jams, fruit juices, coffee (or tea) were served at our table. Additionally, there was also a "main plate" (which changes everyday).The accommodation was exceptionally well-decorated (marine theme), clean and well-organized.The hosts Kores and Liane were very friendly, thoughtful and caring.They are also part of Phoca Tours' team, which organizes boat tours on Kouchibouguacis river. My partner and I did one such tour and it was mesmerizing to see so many seals, as well as other wildlife.

Liked: Very good room with excellent breakfast. Very clean amenities with interesting maritime decor all around the property. Nice, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable property owners. Good outdoor activities in the national park near by. Visited a seal colony in the lagoon, during a 3 hrs. pontoon sail accompanied by a wonderful local guide (by Phoca Tours). Short drives to Kellys Beach and the Bouctouche Dunes.
Disliked: We liked everything.
