Lovely boutique hotel conveniently located...

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel located in a quieter area of the CBD just past Chinatown, and within walking distance to the heart of the city. Room was spacious with extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary drinks hour was a nice way to start the evening before heading out for the night. The rooftop terrace was serene and it provided a peaceful space to take in the views of the surrounding area.
Disliked: The air conditioning for the room was hard to control as it would take a while for the temperature to reach my preferred setting, and sometimes the temperature wouldn't change at all (which was a bit frustrating during the colder nights).

Good

Liked: Good location and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no gym in the hotel but they provide a pass to use a nearby platinum fitness first, which is much better in my opinion.
Disliked: The room was quite noisy. The air conditioner was a so loud that it needed to be turned off when sleeping, and the window did not open. The walls were thin and I could hear everything in the adjacent room and corridors including other guests’ conversations, doors opening and closing, etc.

A great stay in Melbourne!

Liked: The location is amazing. An easy walk to Fitzroy which we like doing when in Melbourne and so many restaurants literally at your door step. A woolies also around the corner which was very convenient. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary and the staff were very gracious. Oh and happy hour after a long day out exploring was great!

Liked: Comfy bed and facilities all great. Perfect location and wonderful helpful staff. The happy hour was good too.
