Enjoyable and relaxing.
Liked: The breakfast was superb, a wonderful selection of both hot and continental breakfast served very timely. The location of the property is terrific. It is very close to restaurants, transport and key sporting grounds in Melbourne. The hosted hour offered by the property is a surprise and a bonus. It made us feel welcome.
Disliked: We did have an issue with our initial room, however this did not impact our overall stay.

Ordinary
Disliked: The Air conditioner was ridiculously loud, spout on sink too long to use, can't fill kettle with length of spout

Sweet
Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Close to some great cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the main shopping area. Breakfast was also surprisingly good considering the area where breakfast is served is tiny. Happy hour was a nice surprise too! I l found the beds and pillows so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Rooms were also a decent size.
Disliked: The breakfast and happy hour area could do with some more seating as there doesn’t seem to be enough for the number of guests. Our room was quite noisy and we could hear the street cleaners and rowdy Friday night crowd, though our kids and my sister in other rooms did not - not much the hotel can do about that though.
