Beautiful modern hotel, perfect for...

Liked: Great location with great food nearby. Very clean. Large TV with Netflix, Apple TV etc.
Disliked: Can hear the noise of the shower in adjacent room.

Great value for a brief...

Liked: The room and bathroom was spacious and well appointed. We had a lovely view over a tree and rooftops. Not crammed in with other high rise. Free happy hour!

No room for clothes

Liked: Location
Disliked: No where to put clothes or toiletries. No draws in either the living area or bathroom. Only 4 hangers between 2 of us for a 5 day stay. Having nowhere to put clothes made it cramped and awkward.

Brilliant location for a theatre...

Great downtown location but early...

Liked: Well located near Chinatown and the theatre district. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free Happy Hour. Clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: The street noise both nights. Our room overlooked the lane and with garage collection one night at 2.30am, a truck reversing down the lane at 3am the next morning, and local construction starting around 6am each day, it was very noisy leading to very disrupted sleep.Such a shame.

Very good

Liked: Everything I needed. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is central. Great tea selection.
Disliked: I was a bit cold and didn't want the heater blowing on me all night. Could do with an extra blanket in winter.

Fantastic location, amazing staff, great...

Liked: Before we arrived we received an email asking if there was any way they could help with our stay. Do contact them if there is anything - especially if you need parking.When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful - couldn't ask for better, friendly in just the right way.The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking station that is quite economical - thanks so much.The room was very clean and comfortable, good shower and comfortable bed, and the lifts nice and smooth.The happy hour was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked lovely as we passed through one morning.The location is perfect for this side of the river. There are nearby small eateries, theatres, museums and amazing parks - all within walking distance, and of course it is right at the edge of China Town.Excellent value for money!!!!!!!
