Pleasant stay in a great...

Liked: Our King Room was nice and spacious with plenty of room to lay out our suitcases and not trip over anything. Bed was huge and provided ample space for my wife and I.
Disliked: Bathroom design is horrible with the door opening against the mirror and needing to be closed to practically use the bathroom, however being such a tight space meant it was often very humid in there after a shower meant the door needed to be open for sufficient ventilation.

Central location. Good for those...

Liked: Very central location. Room is spacious. Place is clean. Had rashes and they spray the place upon feedback.
Disliked: Very dark. The whole place is painted black. The reception is so dim. They play scary video in the lift, and painting on the wall was also ghostly like. Staff barely smile. No lift that I had to carry the heavy back up and down the front stairs. No one offer help.

Excellent.

Liked: We liked the comfy bed and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Although the rooms are not large, they have clever storage. the location is a big highlight being near theatres, restaurants and public transport.
Disliked: Suggest replacing bathroom sink tap which interferes with the use of the sink. Our room could have used another blind or a heavier window covering as we could feel the cold coming from the window.

A little jewel in Melbourne...

Liked: Beautifully located, with fabulous restaurants and famous theaters steps away. The quaint entrance and concept lift display are charmingly theatrical. The staff are super helpful and warm, taxis are always available and the breakfast was a treat.
Disliked: I wish we had a few days more to stay!!
