Excellent.

Liked: We liked the comfy bed and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Although the rooms are not large, they have clever storage. the location is a big highlight being near theatres, restaurants and public transport.
Disliked: Suggest replacing bathroom sink tap which interferes with the use of the sink. Our room could have used another blind or a heavier window covering as we could feel the cold coming from the window.

A little jewel in Melbourne...

Liked: Beautifully located, with fabulous restaurants and famous theaters steps away. The quaint entrance and concept lift display are charmingly theatrical. The staff are super helpful and warm, taxis are always available and the breakfast was a treat.
Disliked: I wish we had a few days more to stay!!

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Friendly staff, amazing location, clean and good value
Disliked: The air con was so so loud - we only stayed one night and figured it is wasn't an easy fix so didn't complain about it. Room was great and bed was so comfy so it all evens out in the end.

We will definitely be back...
