Decent. Could use some updates

Liked: Large room with kitchenette. Good AC. Decent location close to park across the street next to Walmart. Ample parking.
Disliked: Breakfast was mostly sweet foods with limited warm selection. A bit noisy in terms of being able to hear neighbors below. Gym is very small with only 3 machines and no weights. Bed pillows felt lumpy and should be replaced.

Loved it. Will definitely go...

Liked: The room was big and spacious
Disliked: Needs better entrance ramp for people with disabilities

Exceptional

Liked: The king suite was a great size. I loved how we didn't have to just lay on the bed while in the room. We were actually able to sit on the couch or chair.
Disliked: My absolute only complaint is trying to get in and out of the location. We passed the entrance the first time. And if you want to go to the right for any thing you have to go past the hotel and make au turn.

Convenient location

Liked: It was convenient to where we needed to go.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t that friendly at the front desk. The ladies that worked in the morning for the breakfast were nice and helpful. They did a great job.

Would likely stay again

Liked: Close to everything. Clean. Very friendly check in staff Bed was very comfortable. Great price !
Disliked: Too close to interstate and traffic noice makes it hard to sleep without medicine . Breakfast needs more hot options besides oats and pancakes . Also, someone at checkin had significant body odor that needs addressed by management .

Liked: The property is in a decent location. The rooms are decent size for the price. The lady at night was really sweet and offered us a new room after an incident with a pinching bug. The morning guy was okay but seemed annoyed we were leaving.
Disliked: I booked two night but within the first hour of settling into the bed with my child there was a pinching bug in the bed with us and had my son not seen and said something as we were getting ready to go to bed watching tv in the bed, we definitely would not have been happy campers being pinched. The lady downstairs was beyond nice and immediately apologized and moved us to a new room since it was past midnight and we couldn’t find anything else that late on any websites. Also there’s a bunch of charges on my card. I understand that they have a hold but there is more than a hold on my card I was charged both days like $187 total (after I cancelled the one (fine it I’ll probably drop off) then I was charged 87 and then they I guess refunded the 87 and then on top of that the $50 which I’m guessing was a hold. I will update if I’m charged more than the stated price which was one night after having them cancel the second for their own problem but as of now there is charge for both nights and a 50 dollar pending on top of the 87 they charged and then refunded!

Disliked: The pillows are ridiculously soft with little support, and the single ply toilet paper makes cleaning up like wiping with a ghost
